Congratulations Ryan. Based on what I have read of your works and research and what I know of Wash U and the Danforth Center, this is a terrific fit for you.

Your best days and impact are yet ahead. Glad you don’t have to move!!

Very good. I hope it's a trend. You've been doing good research, but publishing it on Substack instead of the journals. This is now rewarded with a job, though they call you Professor of Practice because it's irregular. This may become regular, though. I'm a retired professor, and if I do any publishable research, I'm going to put it on Substack and publicize it by word of mouth.

This is an incredibly interesting project you're working on. I'm so glad the notification caught my eye! The Nones website is also really well designed. (As an aside, there is a minor spelling error on the Zealous Atheists page at the 76% bullet point)

Congratulations! Always enjoy reading your work. Didn’t know you were Mount Vernon based - I’m on a board of a credit union with a good branch there. Praise God!

Congratulations! I’m happy to have discovered your Substack. You’re doing good work, and it’s good to know that you’re getting better support for it. Improved academic positions in our field are hard to come by these days!
